When was smallwood plaza built

The city left a sign at the exit of our garage indicating that there had been a traffic change. However we noticed after this weekend that someone had driven over the sign you provided so we brought it into the building. We have it here at the leasing office if you'd like to retrieve during our regular business hours.

Hello, Yesterday Tuesday, June 28, a new sidewalk was built next door at N. Lincoln Street. The left over concrete was dumped in the tree plot at the southeast corner of my lot at N. I would appreciate it if you could see that this problem is corrected. Constituent reported that lack of lighting and sidewalk makes pedestrian travel hazardous in this area, particularly along north side of W 3rd. Sidewalks alongside both sides of the Bypass have large rocks that have fallen onto the sidewalk.

Difficult to bike through. Between an North Morton the sidewalk is raised in one location causing people to trip. Originally proposed in , the development was to replace, at that time, existing commercial buildings with a hair salon on the ground floor 3, square feet along with four residential dwelling units located on the second and third floors. A second building was also proposed fronting the alley. This second building was to construct carports providing a total of five vehicle parking spaces and the second floor was to have one residential dwelling unit.

The building abutting Main Street and the second building were to be detached as it would have been separated by a courtyard in the middle of the property. However, the project ended up being put on-hold and in , the project site was leased to the City of Garden Grove which constructed a temporary surface parking lot: Source: Google Streetview Jump forward to the year , the developer's original architect restarted discussing the proposal with Garden Grove Planning Staff.

However, the architect was not able to continue and in was replaced with the current architect, Anderson Architecture. Similar to the past proposal, the current proposal known as the Smallwood Plaza Building consists of ground-floor commercial space 3, square feet fronting Main Street, second and third floor residential units above the commercial space, and carport space abutting the alley. The proposed project consists of two attached buildings: Building A fronting Main Street; total three floors; approx.

Building B fronting alley; total three floors; approx.
