Should i wear scrubs to orientation

The most common options for healthcare attire are formal business attire, scrubs and of course, the iconic white clinical lab coat. Tucking reduces the likelihood that your scrubs graze a sterile field and contaminates it. Always, always tuck. A much greater proportion of nurses or other allied health professionals can be spotted by noting the untucked scrub top.

It is also thought by some that hospitals are providing medical scrubs for each worker, when in actuality, they are purchasing their own scrubs just as any normal clothes.

As in, without scrubs they'd have nothing else appropriate to wear?! I'd recommend business casual for the classroom-ish orientation and then scrubs once you're on the unit. I would call thought and just ask if they want you to wear scrubs in case you might be on the unit for some chance.
